Dry skincare Products:organic way

If you think Dry skin is one of the biggest course of aging skin,you might be wrong ,the biggest course of aging skin is lack of proper care and wrongly use skin care products,on previous post i talked about some basic knowledge about the use of Natural organic Skin Care Products .

We must bear in mind ,skincare product doesn't have to be expensive,natural treatments are an effective alternative solution. Before we go deeper disgusting how we can use the organic way to overcome the dry skin ,we should know what the major couses of dry skin.

There are many factors can causes our skin dry including weather conditions, improper skin care and genetics. Light skin is typically more prone to dryness. Another concern for dry skin suffers is that skin can become cracked, leaving it open to bacteria and infection.

Nutrition
Hydrate the skin by drinking plenty of water and fluids throughout the day. Stay away from dehydrating beverages such as caffeine and alcoholic drinks. Water will help to detoxify the body while delivering nutrients where they are needed. Another tip is to take a multivitamin to ensure that there is no vitamin or mineral deficiency contributing to dry skin on the face.
Yogurt

A gentle cleanser for dry facial skin is plain whole yogurt. Yogurt contains many nutrients as well as cleansing properties that gently kill bacteria.Use it like any other cream cleanser by massaging it into the skin and rinsing with lukewarm water. The lactic acid in yogurt will also help to remove dry skin flakes from the face to reveal fresher looking skin.
Oatmeal

Oatmeal is an excellent exfoliating scrub for dry skin. After it has soaked in warm water, it can be gently massaged on the face to remove dry skin flakes. Oatmeal is very soothing and removes any impurities that cleansers leave behind. Oatmeal can also be soaked in warm cream for further nourishment and exfoliation.

Moisturizing Masks
Dry skin masks are an important treatment to use on the face two to three times a week depending on the severity of dry skin. Some mask options include avocado and almond oil or banana and grapeseed oil. Avocados contain more natural oils than any other fruit as well as B vitamins to balance skin.

Combining almond oil with a mashed avocado adds even more moisture and nutrients such as vitamin E. Bananas contain vitamin A which helps to regulate sebum production. In the case of severely dry skin, a mashed banana can boost natural oil production while grapeseed oil adds moisture with a non-greasy feel as it protects skin with antioxidant properties. These two mask examples can be left on the face for 25 to 45 minutes.

Night Treatment
A nourishing night treatment for dry skin on the face is a combination of pure vitamin E oil and extra virgin olive oil. Vitamin E oil is a free radical scavenger which means it repairs and blocks free radical damage. Dry skin is especially sensitive to free radicals, which are damaged molecules in the environment that cause oxidation of cells.

It is also sensitive, however, to the benefits of vitamin E oil. Extra virgin olive oil has been used for centuries to cleanse and hydrate the skin. The application of olive oil will cleanse away bacteria from dead skin cells while making skin more permeable for a soft and plump texture. Extra virgin olive oil is best because it is the least processed and most pure.

Finally bear in mind that "100% organic"label means the skin care product contains "all" organic ingredients, which may bear the organic seal from  United States Department of Agriculture(USDA).
